Interview

Have you ever ignorance to phone interview session that you have planned? My colleague & I had a very bad experience. Obviously 2 of the candidates scheduled phone interview did not go as planned. No news update from the candidates. They did not pick up the phone, wasting our time. What is wrong ya? Why cant they inform us earlier? No explaination from them though. These 2 candidates gave us a very bad impression.
