Work Effectiveness

I attended work effectiveness training today. One of the topic was time management.

There are 4 quadrants on the image.
1. Important task may be urgent.
2. Important task may not be urgent.
3. Urgent task may be important.
4. Urgent task may not be important.

Work effectiveness also covered Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) & presupposition (belief). One of the best is flexibility :-)

Do I do important & urgent task at work? I'm not sure :-D
