Phase 1 house renovation completed

Phase 1 house renovation (a.k.a. student house setup) finally completed with the following items:

a. 23ft 2*2 concrete kitchen top
b. Work area covered-up with washing machine outlet
c. Power socket looping & lights add-on for plaster ceiling
d. Powder coated grille
e. Alarm
f. Plaster ceiling (L-box with hidden lights for living & dining, flat for kitchen)
g. Lights & fans
h. Curtain
i. Painting Interior & Exterior
j. Padlocks
k. Sharp fridge
l. Rubine hood (RCH-BOXLINE-90SS) & hob (RGH-OLIVE2B-90BL) installation
m. Kitchen tools, gas connector & gas

We have spent all our savings for these years. We really broke now. Click original house & phase 1 to view the before & after renovation.

We must work harder to save money for wedding & phase 2 (kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, bedroom set, furniture, water filter, water heater)

Home sweet home

After 5 months waiting for defect rectification & minor renovation, we have finally move in to our dream house today (8th month 8th day in Chinese lunar calendar which is also same with our ROM 080808) :D. It started with simple move-in ritual. After the ritual, the lorry mover came to our apartment to transport our stuff to new house. I did not realize we have so many boxes to move. It is unpacking time now. :D Tonight has to attend wedding dinner also. :D
Finally we have our home sweet home.

Bali, we're coming

AirAsia promotion is back. This time, we are surveying for ticket for our wedding honeymoon. After discussion with wife, we decided to visit Bali. After a few tries, we found Bali ticket which cost us RM88/person for 2 ways ticket (ticket only). We will spend our 5D4N honeymoon in Bali. Hopefully it will be a memorable days for us. Bali, we're coming.

After about 20 months wait, we finally got the first key to our dream house. We will be busy with defect check & minor renovation then.
